Yesterday I went to the countryside to shoot Barn Swallows. The youngsters are practising flight and are such a pleasure to watch. They're so playful in the air, interacting with one another. It's just great. I sat there for hours and I a few nice shots of them as well but need to process them. Meanwhile here are two shots of adults bringing home some goodies, even though it's a bit hard to see. :-)

Levina,

Great photographs. I'm so glad you finally got a 1D IV that is as brilliant as you are.

Something I'm noticing now as a 1DXii owner, the colors of the 1Div just seem better....maybe my processing
which I admit to being grade school level at, but the 1Div colors to me were obviously better than the 5Diii or
7Dii. Only thing I haven't compared to in my marina of bodies is the 6D but I don't doubt the 1Div would win
easily there. One more observation 1Div vs. 1DXii (I never owned 1Dx) is that I wish Canon had updated the
sensor in the 1Div...oh, one more obs, the 1DXii's tracking is the best I've ever seen in any camera but the ROF
really is not that far behind. I can't compare keeper rate yet, I just don't get enough things in fast movement
but the 1Div just did better for me than the 7dii. OK, just an amateurs 0.02

When you say the colours of the 1D4 'are better' are you shooting raw or JPEG? Just that I did a wedding in JPEG with a 1D4 and it's no way near as good as the 5D3 or 1DX in the same conditions. (green foliage in abundance in and around the bridal group).

If you're shooting raw then it's just down to the program you prefer right? Or am I wrong again :) It's just that I'm told no raw processor/program comes out with the same results and in that case I don't know how we can really compare these bodies.
