Fleet Week is back to San Francisco-some shots from today practice. All taken with EF300mm f/2.8L IS USM +1.4x @ 1/1,250 sec, f/4, ISO 100

Thank you. This phenomenon never ceases to amaze me. It's usually on and off and constantly changing its shape. I saw the Prandtl–Glauert singularity only twice and luckily was able to capture both of them. BTW, first time I did it with Canon 5DMKII

The 1D4 is such an amazing camera and a pleasure to use. It handled the drastic change in lighting so well with the new auto ISO feature. I was very pleased.
