Yet Another First Attempt. (C&C Please)

This is my very first attempt at HDR. It's a compilation of 7 different exposures using my Canon 40D. Please let me know what you think and how I could have done better. Thanks for your time.

I love this shot, as I am a newbie myself to HDR looks terrific...wow 7 shots. I have only attempted 3 shots myself..nice job

Some of the blues were really bothering me so here is a remake.

Looks very good. I might suggest a bit of sharpening to make the details stand out a little more.

Like this a lot. There's one very distracting thing though. The license plate is distractingly clean!

Yea, it must be somewhat new or something... Didn't have barely any dirt on it at all... Just a bunch of dust, but being white, it's hard to tell.. I will add some rust to it to give it a little character.

Great 1st HDR.

Personally I don't like the crop and would like to see more under the bumper/tire areas.
Also the side rear mirror on the left could be burned manually, it looks too bright is distracts my eye.

And maybe just a little more contrast.

If you use PhotoShop, you can add "black" in selective color (even if in RGB color space). Sometimes tonemapping will wash out the "black" in colors. Blues and Reds have black in them. Adding just 5% additional black overall can sometimes punch up the saturation and contrast, but leave the shadow area as is. The 5% is relative, so it will not add that much to shadows -- but to a deep red or royal blue, it will add just that little amount to make a big difference.

You may want to try Enfusing this exposure sequence - I think you will find that your final image will have less of the artifacts that are bugging you. Neat capture - needs a some global USM and then another round of sharpening painted into the grille, bumper, logo and headlamp.
