Hi folks,

After all the stories and news about how bad the new Pocketwizards Mini and Flex are when used with thr 580EXii in as far as range, or rather lack of.

Has anyone actually posted how much better they are when using Non-US market ones?

PW themselves told me that the range would be "better" but I'm have to ask... how much better ?

Does anyone have any real life facts they can give me, before I take the plunge and buy these damn things !!

Thanks in advance

Jim..

there is some talk in non-english-speaking forums. very mixed opinions. alltogether it gives the same overall picture as with the us-version, and like with that, it seems very dependent on the personal flash-units you have. some are lucky and they work, others have issues and quite a few have had them exchanged by pw (that does not mean, they worked afterwards).
as to others, I would recommend, that you only buy at a place, where you know, that you are able to return if necessary
