Its been unusually clear here in NJ (not the best state to do this either but...) So I've been trying a few long exposure star trail shots. The first one I did was about 3 stops over exposed, and the last one was about 1 stop. But the last one also seemed to have a small amount of a green banding issue. I could barely see it, but it was there. Last night I did a longer exposure (2hrs) and when i got the image, there was a very noticable green band across the stop of the sensor :(

Is this typical? What can I do? It has been Extremely cold at night too, under 20F, so I've been using the DC adapter. Is this normal? Can I have canon recalibrate the Cmos?
