For those of us who have never used a 500mm lens, what sort of distance does that give you to the subject? Canon 5D & 40D | 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS | 16-35mm f/2.8 L | 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 | 50mm f/1.8

We spent 22 minutes with 5 of the Druid pack - We had them approach us as close as 50 feet up to 200 feet.

Incredible capture! - Those eyes are phenomenal! Rocking the R6 and (mostly) the 24-105 f4 L, 50mm f1.8 STM, and EF 135mm f2 L along with a few others.

That's awesome. I think I'd have to get too close of comfort with my 70-200mm. Canon 5D & 40D | 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS | 16-35mm f/2.8 L | 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 | 50mm f/1.8
