MPix ICC profiles

So, as many of you suggested, I use Mpix to print. I recently had them send me their ICC profiles but I'm not sure if I have it set up correctly in the photoshop soft proofing window (with regards to selecting either 'proof' or 'document'). Please look and let me know if I'm doing this correctly. THanks.

No. That has nothing to do with softproofing.
You are in the printing dialog box.

Cancel out and go View > Proof Setup > Custom.
