Ok guys and gals, I'm heading to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait for 2 months. I plan on taking a quick to Egypt before I head back stateside. Does anybody know any sites to see in Kuwait? Anything other than the pyramids in Egypt? Can anybody attest to the security and safety in Egypt?

The Kuwait Towers are worth a peak.
There's a few old style arab buildings up near the national assembly and scientific centre.
Get out into the desert for a few rather barren landscape shots (not the traditional dunes, but is has a sort of blasted beauty to it).
Camels (obviously).

Don't point your camera at infrastructure though, they can be a bit sensitive about that (especially refineries and power plants).
