I just got my Canon 24-105mm f/4L and took it out to shoot this before I had to clock in at work.

What do you think? I'm open to any suggestions! I do apologize for the watermark ahead of time...

Nice sunset/sunrise. But where is the HDR? How many shots did you take, what bracketing and how did you process? The subject is not too interesting but the colours are nice.

I don't see a watermark - just a signature (and not one to apologise for...)

Nice first attempt. I would crop out the light pole on the left and brighten the tree line just enough to see detail in the fence . I don't like overdone HDR's myself and I am still learning . Can't see a watermark.

For this shot, I took 6 or 7 shots. I did forget to bracket the shots though  How many stops would you recommend for bracketing? As far as processing, I just did some basic masking, levels adjustment, curve adjustment (to add some contrast), and a little dodging to bring out the snow in the pool.

Sorry, I meant the signature.

I've been wanting to bring back some detail in the trees but didn't really know how too...anybody have any suggestions? Thanks for the suggestions!

I'm new to HDR also . I usually only use 3 exposures . The first one very underexposed , almost dark. The second about normal exposure . The third very overexposed . This is how I've been doing them. They say 2 stops between each shot but I don't know how much that matters. Use the tone mapping and adjust in there to your liking. Hope this helps.
