Very interesting read, I would be curious to see a similar write up for Canadian photographers as Canada has much stricter privacy laws, anyone know much on the subject? or have a link to a similar article relating to Canada?

Sorry I dont know of any. I found that while looking for a model release sample for a minor.
There is a 16 year old that came into the tattoo shop I work at. The mom signed a waver for her to get tattooed. She found me on myspace and wants to do a shoot. I am very new to all of this and was doing my research.

We should just have these stickied at the top of every forum for each country. :P And maybe lable it "READ FIRST - So you just got harrassed by jonny law or a rent-a-cop..."
