Owl I.D. help please

I see the owl pics posted here and wish I could see one. I love owls (and any other raptor). Well, I finally found one and guess what? I found a dead one at my kids bus stop.:(

So anyway, here's a pic. Anyone care to I.D. it for me?

Looks like a grey-morph Eastern Screech-Owl. What's your location and size of the bird? That would help out with the ID.

I'm in central Pennsylvania. The owl is probably 8 inches.

With the feather pattern on the chest, ears, size, location and coloration I'll bet Brad is 100% spot on.
