I would like to know as MANY post processing techniques involving the visual look that I can.

Two that come to my mind straight up are

Bleach bypass
http://www.lightroomkillertips.com …03/bleachbypasssample.jpg (external link)

and

Cross process
http://www.biscaclothing.com …ietro-cross-processed.jpg (external link)

Bleach bypass was used throughout the 1995 film Se7en by David Fincher - that whole film looked so bleak and gritty because of it. Bleach bypass and Cross process are perhaps two of my favorite techniques.

What are some others ?

OH GOD!

This is what I've been looking for! For like 2 months now! I previously had this on my LR2 preset but I had to reformat (wasn't able to backup) and I didn't remember what this effect was called! Talking about the bleach bypass!

Thank you sir!

First, a more descriptive title might help. Second, one of your links is broken, and third, you're in the wrong area for PP questions. I'll move it.

What is "the visual look"?

Something like this? http://www.lightroomkillertips.com …day-presets-the-300-look/ (external link)

PhotosGuy, I don't see anything wrong with my description in the title, but if others do not understand they can go by my examples in the first post.

Rene Damkot - yes by a "visual look" I mean something like what you've linked me to.

Post-processing visual look. I mean, I don't know how else I can put it. It's literally how a photo looks after post processing, the style of it.

If they even get there? Someone who isn't interested in a "List of post-processing techniques" won't even open the thread, & they're the people you're trying to reach, because they already know how to PP. Maybe you could have started with "I need a..."

Come on why argue? no one wants to see bickering the first half of a post. I am very interested in the same topic. I would love to see some after effects but, I would also like to know howyou got it.

I created an action myself for cross processing, not good enough but i like it at the end, i will keep trying and experimenting to get more pp or techniques as i can, not just HDR.

This could have been a good thread. I'm looking for a one spot list of examples of PP styles/look/whatever. I need/would like to PP a single photo in multiple styles to help a client decide what they would like on their photos.
