I was wondering if any of you guys subscribe to any specific photography mags. I picked up an issue of practical photography and generally like the issue but it was ten bucks! And the subscription rate wasn't better to the point I would subscribe. I'm not looking for those big review mags where all they do is make you want to buy the latest and greatest. I'm looking for mags with inspiring ideas, photos, advice, info and tutorials.

Gratzi

thanks

TeenPhotog,
One of the best mags is also free, I found out about it in one of the aforementioned threads above.

I also like Shutterbug. Popular Photography is not good at all after reading those two.

I subscribe to Nature Photographer magazine. It only comes out 4 times a year, but is packed full of good, helpful info - and has relatively very little advertising. Layout is quite aesthetically pleasing.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Here's a free online mag: http://www.photo360mag.com/ (external link) which is quite good.

I won an Epson 3880 printer in their last competition you can see in the current issue of the magazine! :D
