This was sort of a spur of the moment thing. First time with off-camera flash. Window light camera right. Camera left 430EX II into 42" PLM silver lined and front diffuser fabric. PP in Lightroom 2.

Please post some constructive criticism so I can learn. Thanks!

I find all of these a little too bright. Did you happen to take any with just the window light? I'd like to compare. For me, two and three are the nicest though I would crop them a bit. As it is, you've cropped the feet half off. Thanks for sharing

The last one has that naughty/nice look-except for the tag on the dress... the perils of "spur of the moment".

I know, I HATE it when you think you have a really great shot, only to find you missed something in the set-up.

Keep going! You have a willing model, don't stop now!!!

i could probably clone the tag out.

I did get the rest of the feet in the photos, but cropped the image to fix the composition.

thanks for comments so far. :)

Doesn't look like window light played any role. Consider balancing flash with ambient more. Increase your ISO. :)

Why not post some with a little more color? Good focus but the lighting could use a little more improvement. I am just starting out too, our best asset to improving is experiment. So good job!
