Anyone tried this lens on a 1D series aps-h body? I can find a number of posts/reviews talking about its use (and limitations) on FF but nothing specific about the 1.3x crop bodies.

Sorry everybody. I meant, of course, the TOKINA 11-16 f2.8.

What do you need to know? It mounts, it fits, it works.

I was wondering about the the extent of vignetting at the wide end. Should have specified this in my question I suppose. If limited results are possible on FF where the diagonal is some 16mm bigger than aps-c I wondered if the lens escapes any serious corner loss on aps-h. I could get the ef-s 10-22 and remove the insert but I am attracted to the larger aperture of the Tokina.

If it works (barely) on full frame at 15-16mm then you may get slightly better results, probably at 13-14mm.
