Hey,

I received my 1DMkIV on 1/7 and I finally got an opportunity to test it out something interesting this week. I'm extremely impressed with the results so far. The focusing has been fast and accurate. The high ISO images look quite good; the noise is almost film-like and Noise Ninja makes quick work of removing it.

Here's a ISO2000 sample processed from RAW, no sharpening or noise reduction.

Yes. The light in this gym is really very good. Being able to shoot ISO2000 and still get quality images enables me to use the exact shutter speed/aperture combination I want without hesitation.

Oh man... those colors remind me of Duke back when I was an undergrad. Wish I had a camera then.
