It looks like you used center point metering which was also a mistake because your exposure will change dramatically depending on whether you actually get the skier in the center of the frame. Since you seem to have metered for the snow in each case try pushing the exposure up +0.5 stops and see what they look like. Or alternatively you could try +0.3 stops and add a bunch of contrast and see how that looks. 1DxII, 5D3, 6D
