I used a single Lumedyne light bounced off the front wall of the gym. It was already a pretty well lit gym, but I liked the little extra light it added to help fill in the shadows.   Flash didnt go off on this one, but it still turned out pretty good -   Canon EOS-1D Mark III • Canon EOS-5D Mark II • 24-70 f/2.8L • 70-200 f/2.8L • 100-400 f/4.5-5.6 L • 580EX II • Several Alien Bees and Lumedyne lights and packs
