Hello,
I need an external hard drive or something else for extra storage. I prefer something small, lightweight, as Jobo Giga One. What do you recommend? TIA

Are you looking for something to store you image files in when shooting out in the field or are you looking for an external drive for your computer? I'm thinking it's the former but I'm not really sure.

I am guessing when OP says "Small and lightweight" and then gives an example of "Jobo Giga One" he/she is referring to portable photostorage device.

OP:
It all depends on what sort of bells and whistles you want and how comfortable you are with making one of your own.

You can get a portable photostorage enclosure like Digimate III or IV and put in your own IDE or SATA hard drive (upto 500GB).

Or if you are not comfortable with making your own then a ready made solution from SanHo Hyperdrive, Wolverine, Jobo are all very popular brands. If you want storage + viewer then all of them offer a version with a LCD screen or you can look at Epson P3000/P5000

But if you are talking about spending money for an Epson P3000, then you should also consider a netbook-store photos, do light editing, connect to the internet.

I wonder how long I have to hang out on POTN before I get as good as Ansel Adams ?

I want something cheap and small to store my images files, not an external drive or laptop. But if the price is $300-$400, I thinking of EE-PC or something.

Hi Crissoft,

The NEXTO eXtreme ND2700 Foto Tank 250GB can be had for about 200 euros through Amazon In Europe, which is in the price range you mention.

Want to read more about it? Have a look at the manufacturer's site or at this review:
