Canon Dealer Associate Purchase Program - 5d MkII ?

Anyone ever buy a camera directly from canon through the dealer associate program? the price is right.

My concerns, merchandise is new but does not come with a warranty card, it just states I keep my yellow packaging slip/sale copy for proof of purchase/warranty. 4-6 weeks for delivery. No returns or exchange.

Next best price I found is at adorama camera using Bingcash back $2499, then $200 back from Bing (I think this takes like 60 days)? Free shipping.

I bought 2 cameras through the purchase program when working part time at a retailer. Both came with warranty cards even though the order form stated that they would not. They were very good deals though I was told not to discuss what the associate price was.
