The Masked Duck is a small stiff-tailed duck ranging through the tropical Americas. They are found from Mexico to South America and also in the Caribbean. Primarily non-migratory, Masked Ducks are reported as very uncommon vagrants in the southernmost United States, along the Mexican border and in Florida. People waited 3+ hours a long the bank for this duck to come out of the weeds just to get a picture. Taken at Viera Wetlands, Melbourne,FL.

Yea, we were there a few weeks ago and the light was real tough.... Awesome job on those ones
