Shot with a Casio z60 with the hot mirror removed. A Cokin A003 (similar to a Wratten 25A filter I think) was placed in front, attempting to block wavelengths lower than 590nm. White balanced on sunlit concrete.
In photoshop, auto levels applied, channel mixer: swap red and blue channels, and then selective color: pull cyan and blue channels up on the respective colors.
The golden colors come from a mix of visible colors, near infrared colors and infrared colors. The blue sky is essentially a false color.
Now that I'm getting the color palette I'm looking for, I may attempt to find/buy a 590nm filter/Wratten 25A equivalent and replace the filter on a larger DSLR. If I do, I'll take plenty of photos.
