I have just bought and used the sensor swabs for my D30 http://www.photosol.com/swabproduct.htm (external link)
With a bit trepidation i did 2 cleans and things seem alot better. However it does seem a bit of a waste throwing the spatula bits away after just using them the once.
Is it possible to re - wrap the spatulas with some proper unused sensor cleaning material and using the spatulas again.
If so what cloth/material can you use and is there a knack to attaching and fitting the correct size to the spatular. Many thanks.

I dont see why not. I don't bother with the spatulas at all , I use a strip of cardboard (which prevents me exherting too much pressure on the sensor) wrapped with a pek pad with a few drops of Eclipse - works a treat.

OGHHHH,Do you mean these, http://www.photosol.com/pecpadproduct.htm (external link)
Seems like they don't like you using them for sensors if it's the same material.

Inexpensive reusable spatula for using pec pads to clean your sensor:

Yes you could reuse the spatula again provided you use suitable lint free material to cover it.

When I bought my sensor swab package it came with 10 spatulas.
I think I clean about 2 or 3 times per year using the swabs. So they should last me up to 5 years.
Now I find that acceptable and I'm a Scotsman.

So, where did you say you were fro ?

Same as Copperhill method, but without spatulas.

For what it's worth, I bought swabs, Eclipse & Pecpads at the same time. Tried the swabs first and found they didn't work too well for me so I moved on to just the pecpads on a home-made spatula, which works fine. Can't see the remaining swabs ever getting used...

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:
