I'm about to do a HS soccer team poster which involves shooting about 72 students individually and then designing a 18x24 poster with sponsor logos for ads.

Anyone ever done one of these for a school, if so what would you charge for shooting 72 studens and designing the poster with pictures and ads?

Also how much turnaround time after the shoot for designing the poster?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I've done something similar only not with sponsors so I don't know how that comes into play and if you get anything from the sponsors or not. Every year I do the seniors of the local high school swim team which is usually less than 20 and more than 10 individuals. I shoot posed individuals and action shots during the meets. Then I make a poster from the two shots and have them printed on 11x14 metallic paper all for $75 a piece. For quantities like 70+ I would probably charge less, like $50-$60 range for the same deal which includes a print. I also offer additional prints from my site. You can see 8 poster from the last season I did here:

I'm not selling the posters I'm just shooting pictures and designing the poster. The school generates money from the posters by selling the sponsors ads placed at the bottom of the posters.

Figure it by the amount of time you have in the project.
