Had a chance to visit Savannah this week. The title of this thread is in reference to the book and movie about Savannah. I didn't have a chance to take any pictures at midnight. Here are some pics from the evening.
This is a cemetery, in case you couldn't tell. Inside this vault is a famous general and his family. I can't remember what the sign said. I think he was british and defended Savannah against the french and the spanish. That's a long time back for US history.
I call this photo, "Look out for Drunk Pirates"
. This was taken behind some of the historic buildings on river street.This is a mossy old staircase. It's humid in the summer time.
