lighting a glass / plexi glass display case?

hey guys

Looking for some pointers to lighting a glass / plexiglass dislpay case.
The case has a few dividers, kind of like a bookshelf. It is hard to explain, but imagine it as a tiered shelf.

I have access to 4-5 flashes / umbrellas / light stands, so the lack of light wont be an issue. I'm more afraid of glare. I can only think of bouncing the lights off the ceiling, but I dont really want to light the whole room up.

Any suggestions?

Are you trying to take a picture of an empty display case or are you more interested in the items that are displayed in the display case?

Use a circular polarizer to eliminate glare.

thanks, didnt think of that.

u could make a giant soft box with bed sheets and take multiple exposures
