I own three of the L's lenses and sold four L's lenses.


Bodies: 5DIII MkIII/ R5 mirrorles
Lenses: Canon RF 70-200 2.8 / Canon RF 85 1.2 DS/ Canon EF 100-400 II/ Canon RF 28-70 f2/Canon EF 85 1.2

Since you have included both MkI and MkII versions of the 70-200 f/2.8L IS, maybe you should have done the same for other MkI L lenses that are still in use such as 24L, 85L or TS-E 24L.

Just a thought...

yea.. well, i just got the list from canon's lens lineup and didnt even think about those versions lol.

i guess they can count in the discontinued box

Ditto! Are you referring to maybe an earlier version that was not designated MkII by Canon, but by users? I understand there was an earlier version that did not have the mode switch on the IS function. Is this what you are referring to?
