Exactly right. I was going to write that I'm sure complaining to the company does nothing because they'll pass it off as an isolated incident (when it isn't), or hope that fixing it within an hour of a call, as was mentioned, fixes everything.

Mass exodus of DHL could also work.

It's fantastic - well mine is anyway!

It was razor sharp right out of the box and the constant 2.8 makes it very useful for music and nightclub shots where flash isn't possible.

I've never used the Sigma or Canon equivalents so I can't compare them, but the aperture was the primary consideration for me so I can't complain.

Look forward to seeing your results!:D

All this talk of DHL reminds me of the time we ordered a new phone line here for a new project. Of course it was super-urgent. The installation was subcontracted out and the guy instead of coming out, logged a "nobody at home" result, which put us back at the end of the 4-week queue. Only thing is, it's not a home, it's a business, and there were only maybe 400 people here at the time!

Went out for a coffee (not actually coffee) with a mate yesterday who used to be a shooter at The West (where I know him from) but is now based in the US.

Yeah, but I'm having trouble getting Canon to engineer an EOS mount for the S90 :-)
