Well good to hear you're getting better. Bugger that you had to go through chemo to get there though.

Good on ya Matey!

Get super well.

Better Pm me you details as I am off on a bit of a ride soon and you never know where I might end up. Araluen, Leeton, Pooncarie, Broken Hill, Tibooburra then into Qld might hit the coast about Noosa.

If I make it up that way, probably early mid June, we will have those muddies we talked about, I'll catch em, you just let me borrow your fingers when I grab em!!

@Phil,Dave and Damo thanks guys, yeah chemo is a bit tough on the body but when you get the big C you do whatever it takes. The oncologist is making up a new plan for the next three chemo sessions so as to hopefully avoid it happening again.
What I've got is prostate cancer which has escaped and is in my bones slowly eating them away. However with the treatment from some great Doctors we're keeping it in check so to speak although it is incurable we have slowed it down and we're hoping to slow it down some more with this current chemo routine.

If any of you guys are in the 45+age bracket get yourselves checked every year. I was 53 when I was first diagnosed back when it was considered an old mans disease. But they're finding more younger men with it now. If I'd been checked a few years earlier chances are that I could of beaten it. So forget about the slight embarassment of the digital exam and get the check if the GP you use tries to put you off insist on it being done. It could make the difference. Along with the digital exam they should also take some blood and check your PSA count(prostate specific antigens).

Also PMd as you'd go right past me on the way to Noosa. :)
