I just purchased the 7d last night and have 2 video shoots out of town this weekend. I couldnt find an extra battery available locally, so I was wondering what is the average battery life you're seeing for video shoots? Most of the videos Im shooting are lasting about 5 hours long. The longest recording time per clip is 3-5 minutes depending on the song. So i would say in total im looking at a total of 1 hour of footage being captured. Do you feel the battery is good enough to last me that long until i get back to the hotel to charge it for the following day? Hope to see what everyone else is experiencing with battery life. Thanks
Dale

It last about 1.25hrs for me, enough for a catholic mass.

conservatively speaking, it will last you about 1hr. look at the manual again.
