I don't have that one. Just the regular wii sports.

Boxing gives me the biggest workout in that.

For the most part, the ones with the balance board give me the most mid-lower body work out and the boxing (so far) is the best aerobic. I'd be interested though in the ones you guys think are the best.

I have made a note to try the hula hoop and ski jump :)

We just got Wii Fit Plus. It has some fun new additions. The boxing is great, the karate not so much of a work out, but it gives me the giggles

are the hula hoop and ski jump ones part of the Wii fit? do you need the balance board?

Yes and yes!

Aw thanks! I can't take credit for it though. My friend Em and I get "accused" of looking alike, but she lives 5 hours away, so we switched shots for the doppleganger thing....her little one is SO cute...and just a week younger than Toddler.

oh wow, I TOTALLY thought it was you.

Oh I want to try that. I'm buying the new SW snowboarding one first though.

Hmm. *ponders* I do like my bananas with my peanut butter. And, I also like my peanut butter with my maple syrup. Not so sure I like the three way you got going, lol.

You just gotta try it, one of the best three ways going. ;)

Neato JimBear! They don't slip sideways or anything? Annie looks very happy in that pic.

Why does extended family have to be so weird and dishonest? :(

yep you can't use the balance board until you set it up with the wii fit first. I tried.

I was just showing Dan the snowboarding and skiing games.

We were talking about losing weight and I was telling him how out of shape I am (how everything makes me huff and puff). Probably worse shape than most. The Shaun White snowboarding game is a great game for me because it really works the core. I can't do the step exercises yet (bad knee) but I can do this. So I'm hoping at least it will help some.

There is a strap across the front of the chest, and another under the chest. The one below is the one we got Jasper. It has two straps under the chest, and an integral harness for on the chest. You can literally pick him up by the handle on top. :D

Thanks Terri, is one of my favourites too. I think it is the mountains and glacier as a background that does it for me. Annie is cute too. ;)

Most definitely. Many trainers recommend it for giving them more exercise for the time they are out. You carry a pack full of rocks around and see if it doesn't tire you out quicker.
