it's sunny here now too...supposed to be this way (mid-50's occasional clouds) until the 25th. I'm cheered up just thinking about it.

Lonnie, is Tupper on the right? I'm trying to remember who the larger cat is, I always remember Kitteh as a little one.

Tupper is on the left in the two pictures I posted. He outweighs Kitteh by about a gazillion pounds. Well... That's only a slight exaggeration. He's somewhere in the 30+ pound range, and Kitteh is still maybe as much as five pounds at most, and I'm being generous with that guesstimate...

Kitteh is no longer a kitten, though. She's definitely a cat now. Full grown and all.

Are these girls Jockeys or spectators?

Were their shoes exceptional or something?

No they are there for the social aspect. There is always a portion of the crowd that is only slightly aware there is a horse race going on. I wouldn't much trust them to butter toast let alone race a horse. No idea on the shoes, I cut them off *roll eyes*

Girl Jockeys *sigh*

#6 (seventh photo -- the girl wearing #6) looks eerily familiar to me, but I'm not sure just why...

I would love to have a good potato salad WITH bacon recipe (Especially if it is made with red potatoes!)

huyaaryjyjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj <--- That's from Jonathan, he says he also hates the snow and would gladly run away with the cute dragon :lol:

*Sings Good Mornin' (external link) while eating fruity pebbles at the bar*

Here ya go.

Roasted Red Potato Salad
5 pounds small red potatoes, washed and cut in large chunks
1 or 2 Vidalia onions, halved and sliced in large chunks
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup crumbled bacon
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Directions
1. Toss potatoes, onions, bacon and garlic in a large roasting pan precoated with Pam or other non-stick spray.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 50-60 minutes at 375 (stir potatoes at 15-20 minute intervals to ensure even roasting).
4. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and vinegar.
5. Coat the potatoes with mixture while the potatoes are still warm.

Note
Can be served warm or chilled.

I like that girl's top, the Scottish Flag... Also, quite the contrast between the jockey and the other side of the fence. lol

Wow Dan, that sounds good too!!

I used potatoes, onions, celery and green onions, added a few hard boiled eggs, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, pepper, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash spicy stuff, salt and some mayo. It was tasty!!

Yes to all but eggs. I have a total mental aversion to hard boiled eggs. I totally gack even thinking about them. Not sure why.

Lonnie, I assume you'll be using 64-bit Windows 7 since you're getting 6Gig of RAM? I'll be curious if you have issues with any of your software using the 64-bit OS.

Kody....I've been running Win7-64 for over a year now...I haven't had a single problem with any software or hardware. Everything runs the way it should....all the memory is utilized and the thing is a rocket. Win7 is an amazing improvement over XP and leaps and bounds better than Vista.

Last night, I picked up my wife from her night classes, driving home, there is a notorious spot where kids and adults run across the road (even though there are lights right by them). So we saw a police car, with lights flashing, stopped to let him go by. There were 3 cars just in front of me pulled over - I thought they pulled over for the cop to go by...nope...some kid had run across the road and was hit, hard - luckily right outside of a firestation - must have happened less than a minute before we got to the scene as the firemen were running out of the firestation - blood on the pavement and the front of the car was rather mashed up. That kind of stuff freaks me out more than murders and suicides that are a dime a dozen in cities...
