And Chet's worried about me. :)

Still have no idea why there's so many malicious people in the world trying to make a mess of good things.

Because otherwise we would not appreciate the people that don't suck ;)

that's the last thing I'd call him. He's quite reputable around here.

on another subject, I finally ordered my POTN book. I figured I should.

Well, on that subject his naivete is showing . . .

thomascanty wrote in post #9623171 (external link)
Well, he doesn't know where viruses and trojans come from, anyway... Whatever hit him didn't come from POTN, as was explained to him.

That.

Is this some guy who thinks all municipal employees are overpaid slackers?

Hello people, what part of winter olympics don't you understand?

The salaries of all government employees in NY is a matter of public record. One of the down sides of living in a small town, every couple of years there was some clown that felt it necessary to scrutinize my income in the editorial column of the local newspapers. Never bothered me to have people know how much I made...although it was a bit annoying to have some idjit that had no idea what my job was questioning my pay.

In my former life, I worked for a real estate management company that managed a huge low to middle income housing project in the Bronx. the community had its own newspaper and would also list the salaries of the managers and directors once a year, then get all sorts of outcry from the residents. It was lovely, then as a part of your job you would get folks regularly yelling at you that they pay your salary. I am SO glad I don't do that anymore, they sucked 10 years of life out of me.

Fear not....the OP is clueless....he didn't get anything from POTN. You can rig a .jpg but any reasonable protection scheme would stop it dead. Unless Pekka, Jake and Tommy have gone on the offensive....things here are perfectly safe.

I think we witnessed that look first hand a few times as Wade was trying to pull a bloody stump away from Kona's mouth.
