Is a Giottos support system any good?

I found a Giottos air cushioned backdrop support system on my local craigslist.

It lists the specs as 4 to 11 feet tall and 3 to 10 feet in width. Can anyone give me feedback if this is a quality system?

The asking price is $90; is this fair?
