Awesome. Thanks for posting! That's got to be hard as hell to shoot. Where these with your f 2.8 lens? I see that at least one was shot f 5.6. I'm going to be shooting ski jumping this Wednesday, at night too, so always looking for tips to make life easier. :D

I used both my 28-105mm and 70-200 2.8IS lenses, they are going about 75MPH in these shots , it's night time and the temperature subfreezing, I think the uneven frozen ground that I was standing on was slicker than the track surface ,.... I'm heading back up there tonight:D

I shot some World Cup aerials a couple of week ago from beside the jumps and found my
70-200 not wide enough for my position
