Does anybdy have any experience with P&S camera as a second body for "light" traveling? In your opinion, what range it can cover for best performance?
Also what widest agle lenses (may be even UWA) exist for P&S cameras?
Thanks!

JeffreyG "my bits and pieces are all hard" More info | Jan 24, 2010 08:56 | #2 Panasonic has gone to putting some nice wide angle lenses on their P&S cameras. They have a (ZS3?) or some such full-auto P&S that covers ' 35mm equivalent' FOV 25mm to 300mm. My personal stuff:http://www.flickr.com/photos/jngirbach/sets/

I have the Canon SX10 IS and it has proved to be one of the top sellers Canon had in its line-up. Smaller then a rebel series DSLR with a zoom range of 28-560mm range plus built-in TC for extended zoom. Full manual controls. Granted you cant put it in your pocket but the P&S bodys you can dont have the versatilty of the SX10. Regards, ![]() Silverfox1 POTN Feedback / TC Extender Tests / Gear List
