This is Diego, 11 months of snoring, farting machine... lol!

We adopted this guy a month ago, he had Cherry Eyes and the previous owner abandoned him because he didn't wanted to pay for the surgery...

It amazes me that people will pay the kind of price that a bulldog commands but then refuse to pay for something as simple as cherry eye removal! It costs as little as £40 here in the UK to have 1 removed under sedation!!
As Craig says Diego's obviously much better off with you, he's a great looking brindle (and we lurve a brindle lol) ...keep posting photos of him as he settles into life with you! :)

Welcome to our little piece of bulldog heaven!! :D

So, I have not been able to find one of those small plastic blue pools, so we taped up a plastic sled that had a few cracks, and filled it up. Brutus loved it! He'd be on the other side of the yard, you splash your hand in it, and he came running. Well, dont know if you would call it running, but you get the idea! Took these with my Blackberry, so not best quality, but good enough!

"A bit small" he says...

Edit: For others that experienced problems with linking their photos from flickr, you cant use the code it seems that they give you on the "Share This" button, I actually right clicked and copied image location to get it to work!

Great photos! Its amazing how bullys love water considering their inability to swim without a lifejacket!
Looking forward to watching Brutus grow ;D

(Re: Flickr...if you go to the 'share this' and choose 'grab the html' from the drop down box then just copy paste the middle image code part starting http://farm5.static (external link) it works the same as the old way!)

Thanks, didnt realize that. And yes, there will be plenty more pics of Brutus growing! Hoping to find a small plastic pool sometime soon before the weather changes.

We use a childs plastic sand pit - over here they're in the shape of a shell with a matching lid which means 2 pools for the price of one :D

Boy & his bully, ClemBob. BTW, for our UK friends, Texas boy wearing a Gerrard national team jersey. One of my first shots with my 7D and my Siggy 50 1.4.

First Trip to the beach....

The kids were coming in from using the small boogie boards on the waves when one was left floating on the water at the shore line. Roxie ran out to the boogie board and stepped on it. Of course 46 lbs on the board in just a few inches of water just pushed it to the bottom. So the kids and the wife went out and started pulling her around in shallow water. She was surprisingly pretty good at it. Thinking we might be on to something here.
