Say if i have music as a background but i want to have the audio from the actual video clip be heard and i want to reduce the volume of the background music, how can i do that, does anyone know?

Track volume on the left side of each audio track. You can also grab and drag down on the top of each 'event'. Just like you would for the opacity of a video file

thanks for the reply.
Doesnt that just reduce the volume of the whole track though, i want to reduce the volume of the music just for 5 seconds and then make it normal again..... can i do that?

Yea.. you create a volume envelope. Click on the track and type V. A blue line will pop up. You then click on the line to create anchor points. Move your anchor points to adjust volume

sorry about this, so i pressed v and then that blue line came up, i get the background music down but then i cant get it back up...
