Please C&C my order form

First time assignment for a TON of portraits coming up. Talked to a photographer in a Wichita (I am near Kansas City) and she thought these were comparable to her town.

Please comment / critique... this is my first one like this!

*this will be the bottom half of an 8.5 x 11 advertisement. OR I'll just send two PDFs that are 8.5 x 5.5 since the customers will be printing them out (that is a request of the organizer).

Does package a come with 2 5x7s? cause your picture shows 2 but listing seems to say one.

Could you post your .pdf and flyer? I'd love to incorporate some of your ideas into my flyers.

2 - (2) 5 x7 $20.00
3 - (16) wallets $30.00

Also, instead of having a 8.5x11 i am opting for two half page graphics. One photo card, one mini-advertisement. The teachers are suppose to print this out for the kids, so this way they can save on ink and maybe some paper.
