Type of pictures i do like to do macro so i thought the sigma but i will also use one for landscaps and portrates and know that the canon f4 is a lighter lense. I really dont know what to do some one please help:confused::confused::confused:

I have owned the Canon 70-200/4 and found it to be the sharpest lens I have every put on a camera. It's light, blister fast to focus and as I said, it's very sharp. It's also cheap. Buy the non-IS version.

I agree, I sold mine to fund a 70-200 f/2,8 IS and the f/4 was probably sharper. Having said that my mate uses the Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 on his Pentax K7 and boy is that thing sharp  In fact it's so sharp that I have even been contemplating selling my IS lens to get the Sigma and put the difference towards the 1D series body I am saving for, but I do like the IS  So I think you would be happy with either one of the lenses you mentioned, the decision is whether you want f/4 or f/2.8, personally I'd go with the fastest lens I could afford :)
