This is my first time making a thread in the Wedding photo sharing, and would love your C&C.
Sunday we did a photo shoot with a mock bride and groom, and I got to mess around with some post processing as well. I would love to hear what you have to say.

1. Groom

I like them! Funny, I did the same thing on the weekend, my results weren't as nice though :)

Thank you. I think the 5th one was somewhat odd idea, but the person i was doing the shoot for wanted them walking into the building.

What dont you like about it?

Hmm... I'm 100% positive I responded to this yesterday. Don't see it now.

I dunno why, there is something about it that I can't quite put my finger on. Maybe it is because I see that nice orange light on top then a really bright white light at the bottom. Something is just throwing it off for me. Maybe also, and it has nothing to do with you, the door is in the corner and not inbetween the two columns. Something only good architects would care about.

I can see about the column now that you mention it. Would it be better if i gelled the flash, maybe put a full cut of cto?

Maybe the reason i like it so much is that it took 2 seconds to do. I was shooting with another photographer and she had to get her shots, and we were out of time so i just threw it up and took the shot.

I think next time i should try to get farther away and use more of a telephoto lens. The sides are bugging me because they somewhat bend out, and with a longer lens it wouldnt have done that so much.

I really like all of them! #5 does bother me a little bit though, I would clone the left to look like the right, clone out the "No Soliciting" sign, and I just don't like the door. I don't know if that's a window in the middle, but it looks like the door just turns into a mirror or something. Maybe Photoshop in some glass that has a design to it or add some bars or something to make it look more like a window.
Sorry if that sounded rude in anyway. I absolutely love all your shots, it just so happens that #5 is in a non-ideal location, haha. That's not your fault though, you did an excellent job on all of these!

Thank you Bravo. I will clone out the no soliciting sign, i tried but i havent done cloning for awhile so i gave up, but ill need to give it another go. As for the building, this shoot was partially for the wedding planner, and this was her building, so making it too different kinda makes me nervous. For my portfolio though that sounds like i should go that way. Thank you jBravo.
