im just wondering if i should use a flash when im taking pics in a Scenario? ill be using a 430ex II and 75-300 f/4.5 or something like that.

If you were to use flash, the recharge times wont be superb, possibly making you miss out on those one time shots. I'm not sure what the lighting is like, so only you can know.
