Shot of the capitol building in Jefferson City, MO. I got questioned and released by the police right after this. I guess they are a little touchy after 9/11. Just wondering what I was doing.

Lovely shot, nice smooth colours.

I have been questioned by Police on a number of occasions while taken photos in London, usually in the early hours of the morning. I was almost arrested when I parked my car next to St Pauls Cathedral to get a dramatic dawn photograph. Luckily I hinted that my Dad was a Metropolitan Police officer and they sent me on my way.

keep in mind, if you are on public propetry (at least in the US) nothing can happen to you....

Unless there is a sign saying no photos or something....

If you think they might take your camera or something then snap a few shots of them before they get to you and take out your card and replace it.....they cannot search your property without a warrant if your just taking pics and if they do you will have the pics to prove it and sue their asses.......

by the way, tight shot, I love it perfect exposure.....

He was really nice. It was just a couple of questions. I showed him some ID(my company is contracted to do some work there) and that was it. He said they get some shady looking characters walking around and shooting pictures sometimes but I looked respectable for once.;) They have told their workers to report anything that doesn't quit look right. I only got two reports so I wasn't doing to bad!
