Placing my order today for the QBox 24, C12 and the hot shoe cable from FlashZebra.
What's Edward paying you these days Robert? :-) Its not enough.

No salary, no commission. I'm just doing what I would do with any other product that I own, like and use. Believe me, if Edward's products sucked I would never give a favorable review or recommend them.

I was kidding you sir. You are not the only one who's given good reviews, so I feel good about my purchase.

While I normally criticize "I pulled the trigger on X" type of posts, I am in fact pulling the trigger on the Qbox24. :)

It is such a value for what you get.

In favor of the C12 (non-air)?

Yes. Faster setup, don't have to wait on the air cushion, etc...unless I planned to put really heavy stuff on it, which I dont.

Shopping for the off camera ETTL Cords for Canon, FlashZebra.com seems to be all I can find.

+1 on flashzebra.com. I have ordered several items from them and they all have been high quality and have held up very well.

So is $38.50 a normal price for Off Camera ETTL Cord for Canon?

OK I gotta **** here. Qbox 24 + Speedring is costing me $23 to ship 650 miles from Dallas.

This makes me rethink the whole thing because now my solution for 24"ish softbox that works on my speedlight and alien bees is now topping $136.

How well do you guys think this softbox will sit on a Manfrotto Nano stand? Is the softbox going to be too heavy? Also, did I read somewhere that this qbox 24 could be used with Alien Bee strobes as well?!?
