Would like to hear your thoughts everyone. This is the same train just in two diffrent spots.

Rolling across NS Bridge 5

I like the second one with the reflection in the water. The knocked over and half submerged stop sign is somehow amusing to me. It has good exposure, as there is detail in the shadows as well as the highlights, the sky is a beutiful blue as well. The W sign is a bit of a bummer though. I see you already cropped it, but IMO I would crop that out.

Train guys might find something interesting in #1, but for me, #2 is the much better shot. I might have taken a 2nd shot from about 1' to the left & aimed more to the left so I didn't have the "W" sign in it.

The first one doesn't do much for me, if you could get closer it might work. The second one is a good shot, you managed to not cut the train off with the side of the frame. The only two nit picks here is I would either crop out, clone out, or not get the whistle sign in the shot next time and you might try shooting the sun lit side of the train (if you can without trespassing).
