I just stumbled across some of her work online. I am not even sure how it came about. I was looking up Robert Frank. I am blown away by her work. I just ordered one of her books Immediate family.

Are there any other fans of hers here? Are there other artists like her out there?

She's been quite famous for quite a while but also controversial due to the nude images of her children. Some more sensitive individuals objected to it as "child pornography." Her work is technically very sophisticated and I find the images quite beautiful.

She does all her own dark room and everything is on film... I am so taken back by it.
