Nice shots Steevo.

You got some nice detail on the underside of the wings in # 2. Nice job.

We get quite a few of these out at the Wairau Lagoons here in Marlborough. They're kind of one of my 'mainstay', 'there's always some about' species ..... so to speak.

These were all taken on Otago Peninsula, a great spot for bird watching.

Very pretty shots, Steve. Our spoonbills are pink, this is much different.

I wish I could have gotten closer to their roost on the side of the cliff as it would have made for some lovely shots. They didn't take to the air much when I was there so I had to grab what I could
