I posted this in another thread, think it was the wrong one. Anyway they have a motor and they are very competitive at fly-ins..

I was trying out a a MKIV and 100-400 lens. I have to say I am impressed with the MKIV over my old MKIII's....

These are taken of a buddy of mine, Henry Caldwell flying last weekend.

pics look good! I have seen Henry fly before and all I can say is that heli is moving wicked quick and makes it hard to capture good shots. looks like your camera got A good workout trying to capture these pics.

cool pics, im a big rc er myself i fly the helis and the 1/5 scale HPI Baja 5B gassers too, if you shoot more rc stuff please post them , i really love it, The shots look great, nice and very clear, thanks for the pics

Thanks for the comments! Henry us a super nice guy and great having him local. He helped me build my Velocity 50 and a FBL velocity 50.

I have a few more rc pics I'll dig up mostly a while back. Trying to track Henry flying is extremely hard, I could barley follow him with a dang video camera much less zoomed in with a bigger lens.

Nice shots......great prop blur. I know how nimble those RC heli's are.....so shooting with a slow enough shutter to get that prop blur and to have the heli in focus is awesome. :cool:
