I looked at your shots on your website and you have more great shots there. What were the settings you used, and what focus setting?

Hello all,

I will be coming up to Vancouver for the Olympics. Does anyone here know if there will be practice sessions where I can shoot snowboarders? Open to the public? I don't have tickets for Snowboarding Freestyle, but I would love to get some shots of Olympic athletes in action, even if they are just practice runs.

Thanks,

Allen

The light was very good the day I shot the posted photos , most shots were keepers, most were shot AV 1/640 ISO 100 AWB AI Servo, I returned the following couple of days and the sky was overcast, the light flat and temperature *12 C cooler and my keeper rate had plummeted along with the weather conditions.........although my children and I think I still managed to get a bunch of better photos than what the 2 local newspapers chose to publish of their staff's work:D

More shots including some slope-style competition
