Yup, you have to be at least 21-years of age in order to drink legally in the U.S.

Is that everywhere?
Or is it decided by the individual state?

I believe it is a federal law that states the legal drinking age as 21. However, I'm sure that individual states have laws regarding this issue.

Is it an action figure?

The drinking age is set by each state, BUT the feds decided to withold funding for highways in states that didn't raise the legal age to 21. I think it's only been 10 years or so since the last state finally complied.

Legal age for drinking at 21 sounds like a good idea to me, but not likely for those who are 18-21.

I think it is a good thing to have it at 21 but quite a few of my friends don't believe so and don't follow this rule.

That's close enough. It' my mug that I use for water but was probably intended for coffee.

Agreed, keep that legal drinking age as far away from legal driving age as possible. However, its quite a bummer when you turn 21. Nothing to look forward to.. Unless you make it to 160.
